Organising for health and safety

A new resource has been produced for use by branch safety officers, full time officers, and groups of safety representatives to help improve the organisation of health and safety in the workplace, recruit new safety representatives, and make safety committees more effective.

The exercises are not intended as a tool to help develop practical proposals for improving health and safety organisation in the workplace.

The resource is intended for workplaces where a trade union has recognition with the employer.
