As part of the Federation's aims it provides full advice and representation in the event of an accident or disease causing injury to one of its members with all its consequences, in the course of their employment.

In addition the Federation also recognises that there may be many other legal matters which can affect a members availability for, and capacity to do their job and has therefore arranged for services to support the member and their family in these concerns.

The Federation also believes that such services must be rendered in accordance with up to date technology and meet expectations of Members.

The Federation has not only arranged for unique access to all of these services online but also access by means of a Freephone telephone number.

The Federation also considers that any such legal service not only must be immediate and efficient but also sound and worthwhile. The Federation has therefore arranged for specialists in each area of law to provide the advice and, where applicable, further representation
all as explained in this Website.

All of these services will be subject to the Rules & Policies of the Federation.
